All vouchers have an expiration date. PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO CHECK THE APPLICABLE EXPIRATION DATES. These are coupons for discounts, not gift certificates. The merchants are dying to see you - TODAY! Most expiration dates will be three or four months from the date a deal ends. This helps you and the merchant. They want to know when to expect you so they can be fully prepared to offer you the best service possible. They can only do this if there is a proscribed period of time to redeem vouchers. In the event your voucher has expired you are encouraged to communicate with the merchant to see what can be done to accommodate your situation. It is not Pete's Deal's policy to refund voucher that have gone beyond their expiration date. Subject to the laws of your jurisdiction, the voucher may still be used for the cash value paid for the voucher.

No. Many Pete's Deals have an expiration date, but you never have to use them on the date of purchase.
Once you're charged, you'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your Pete's Deals voucher. The Pete's Deals voucher has redemption instructions and a map right on it!

All is not lost! Once a Pete's Deals reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value, but you may be able to still redeem it at the price you paid for the length of time stated by gift certificate laws in your state.
Generally, no. We only remove comments when someone is making personal attacks or engaging in other conventional forms of trolling.
If a business closes during the period a voucher is still valid, it is the merchant's responsiblity to refund your voucher purchase price. However, if you are unable to recover your funds from the merchant, and you contact us in writing prior to the voucher expiration date, Pete's Deals will refund your money back in the form of credit to your Pete's Deals account.
